Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. With more than 10 years of experience in management and middle management positions in Information Systems and Technologies in Hospitals and Central Services of two different Health Services, being the most relevant during the years 2013 to 2016 as head of Engineering and operation of SESCAM and CIO of the Hospital Virgen de la Luz de Cuenca from 2011 to 2013.
