Chief Information Officer, reporting to HRD, running the Information Technology team (unit of about 800 people) for the whole Leonardo enterprise and business divisions, across 4 main countries (Italy, UK, US, Poland). Budget managed of 180mln euro plus 20 mil of intercompany recharge. In charge of the overall IT lifecycle. Managing a portfolio of around 300 projects plus a transformation program to further consolidate, simplify and innovate the overall IT Infrastructure & Application landscape, including people, processes and tools. Innovation Hub started, in cooperation with Business Line to speed up digitalization processes.
