Before joining Salesforce, Marco spent eight years at IBM as an Enterprise Architect, supporting major clients in the Banking, Manufacturing, Telco, and Public Sectors across Italy and the UK. Now, he collaborates with CxOs and business leaders to shape strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and unlock new business opportunities through digital transformation.
Marco frequently shares insights at conferences and universities on AI, marketing, digital transformation, smart manufacturing, and energy sector advancements. Passionate about talent development, he also coordinates Salesforce Italy’s Internship Program, fostering the next generation of industry leaders for the company. Committed to giving back, he actively volunteers, particularly with Doctors Without Borders in Rome, where he is based. He enjoys basketball, travel, and exploring new culinary experiences while staying connected to his Sicilian roots.
