• Smart Road Anas Project Manager

Manages technical systems of approximately 22,000 km (13,670 miles) of roads with 1204 tunnels approximately total length 800 km (500 miles).
• Coordinates the administrative and technical activities for monitoring the application of European Directive 54/2004/EC—Minimum safety requirements for tunnels in the trans-European road network.
• Investments planning
• Coordination and standardization of processes and business choices regarding the protection of safety in tunnels, in training and new construction, in the development of technological systems of the ANAS national road network
• Project activities for general and extraordinary maintenance of plants in road tunnels
• Project activities for plants in new roads and motorways
• Adoption of guidelines and processes for the development of technological systems
• Coordination of the design and the uniformity of the operations of plant infrastructure
• Coordination of Specialized Territorial Units
• Coordinate of Work Management and Startup technological systems in road infrastructure
• Project activities for energy savings
