SQAD21 was founded by Lucio with the mission to create an inclusive and integrative sports & health platform for all generations. SQAD21 creates a mesh between the real world of sports and highly digitalized, immersive and interactive features. To this scope, SQAD21 invented an immersive SportsCube with a size similar to Padel Courts, and built entirely of highly secure, elastic glass approved by all sports federations for professional sports at Level 1 (Olympic Games, International Championships), School & University Sports and also Inclusion Sports with e.g. Wheelchairs.

Before founding SQAD21, Lucio worked for 21 years in the banking and insurance industry in Senior Management Roles at Allianz and UniCredit. Among other achievements, Lucio was constantly ranked as a TOP3 Equity Analyst for European and German Insurance stocks in the years 2004-2008.
