Hans started his career in Brand Management in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods space (The Coca-Cola Company) and then moved up to senior management/ CEO roles, most often called by the shareholders to guide the business through moments of transformation. In his career he’s lead family-owned, private equity backed and public companies in Fashion & Design (Tom Dixon, Miroglio Fashion), Automotive (FIAT/FCA), andIndustrial/ Energy/ Manufacturing (Prysmian Group). He worked extensively with private equity funds (Goldman Sachs, Sandbridge Capital, NEO Investments) always bringing about major turnarounds and establishing practices that still stand years after he’s left the companies.

Hans participated in the IPO of Prysmian Group ’07, creating one of Italy’s largest publicly traded companies, and has sat in various Boards: Tom Dixon, Miroglio Fashion, Prysmian Group Italy/ Switzerland/ Turkey (Chairman), Ravin India, Voltimum On-line portal.

Born in Sweden, Hans has worked and lived in 8 different Countries in Europe, America and Asia (Sweden, US, UK, Germany, Italy, India, Turkey, Romania). His higher educationwas gained at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
