Current goals are to set up and coordinate a senior specialists team, to monitor ICT, AI and cyber risks and to integrate them into the Company risk framework. Main tasks:

• Definition of methodologies to measure and control risks linked to ICT assest, AI systems, projects and outsourcing;
• Development and action of second level controls, verification of first level ones on ICT, Cyber and AI applications Security perimeter;
• Supervision of ICT, Cyber Security and AI development strategy and projects, defining adequate KPIs and KRIs;
• Coordination activities required by regulators and part of projects aimed at DORA adoption.

11.21 – 06.23 Head of Data Analytics, Banco BPM, Milano.

I led a data scientist team to help the bank improve its data driven strategy. Main tasks:

• Coordinate internal and external Data Scientists and analysts, to develop and manage AI use cases;
• Develop cross relations with several areas of the bank to support data exploitation in line with company goals;
• Support the translation of business needs into data models, and the conversion of model results into actionable business insights.

06.19 – 10.21 Head of Data Security, UniCredit Services, Milano.

I worked as coordinator of a team to assure the best Cybersecurity standards with special focus on GDPR requirements accomplishment. Main results:

• DLP tool implementation, definition of data classification, implementation of GDPR data anonymization in a cross country perimeter;
• Creation of a Data Security strategy, producing valuable KPIs;
• Punctual closure of Audit findings; definition of remediation strategies;
• Working with the Security Communication team producing Cybersecurity training and developing Cybersecurity culture within the company. Training referent for the area;
• Able to manage efficiently the team both remotely and on site, and lead activity to success;
• Active member and spokesperson of the Security Diversity & Inclusion Team.

I had a global overview over security strategy and all fields over Security. Main results:

• Program Manager in vulnerability remediation plans;
• Support HR planning and strategy for Security Department, Security spokesperson to HR;
