Emma Marcegaglia is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Marcegaglia Holding S.p.A., Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Marcegaglia Investments S.r.l., Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Marcegaglia Steel Spa and of its subsidiaries, Chair of Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM).

She is member of the Board of Bracco S.p.A. and of Gabetti Property Solutions S.p.A.

Past President of Confindustria, Past President of BusinessEurope, Past Chair of ENI, Past President of Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs, Past President of the European Confederation of the Young Entrepreneurs (YES), Past President of the LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome.

Previously member of several Business High Level Groups and Roundtables of the European Commission, as well as of Companies, Banks and Foundations Boards.

Emma Marcegaglia is married with one daughter. She holds a Degree in Business Administration, with first class honours at the Milan Bocconi University.

She attended the postgraduate MA in Business Administration at the New York University.
