As Cloud leader in Italy, Bruno Pierro is responsible for driving Cisco cloud strategy in the Italian
market. Cloud is a strategic priority for Cisco, his role is to enable and help partners to build and sell
cloud services. Certified providers and cloud resellers are the key elements to make transformation
happen.
With a focus on supporting the transformational growth of Cloud, Pierro also leads a team
dedicated to defining and building Service Provider service solution sets with an end-to-end vision.
Pierro is an italian national with 20 years IT industry experience in a number of management
positions, driving main TLC & IT transformations. His previous role at Cisco was Regional Sales
Manager.
Prior to Cisco, Pierro was Director of Marketing and sales of ECI telecom.
Pierro started his career in the Italian air force and then moved in the Pirelli fiber optic group.
Pierro holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the Università Federico II di Napoli.
