Zoran RADUMILO is IFS’s President of Global High Potential Growth Markets and Chief Operating Officer of Western&Southern Europe and Latam Region, a role that brings together all of the company’s customer-facing functions in order to deliver to each customer a globally harmonized, superior customer experience and maximum business value from their investment in IFS. As part of this customer value approach, Zoran is responsible for IFS’s sales and marketing strategy, operation and revenue-generating activities.
Zoran is a passionate advocate for customer centricity and experience, being both most important differentiators in today’s digital world. Focusing on supporting customers with effective solutions rather than specific products, he is also a believer in change and has built a reputation for enabling customers to use technology to create competitive differentiators and operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining IFS, Zoran was Managing Director at Workday, has covered Executive Roles in SAP, latest as EMEA General Manager for SAP Leonardo, responsible for launching the strategic corporate business unit and, prior to that role, Zoran was a SVP and Industries’ General Manager as well as Head of Innovation Sales. Prior SAP, Zoran has dedicate more than 14 years’ to Cisco, in various senior executive leadership roles, latest as Managing Director, Emerging Markets region. Zoran has also held positions in advisory and consulting business, ideating and realizing national digital agendas. Zoran is a global mentor to HenkelX, Advisory Board Member of CIOnet and Board Advisor to Startups in environmental, hydrogen, fintech, fashion and luxury industry segments.
Zoran holds an MSc in IT at CEFRIEL, Polytechnic of Milan University and an Electrotechnical and ICT bachelor degree from the Electrotechnical University of Zagreb.
Zoran lives in Milano, Italy with his wife and two sons. When not spending time with the family, he likes skiing and, as ex national volleyball team member, enjoys any sport that involves a ball.
