Stefano Landucci is the Head of Architecture and Cyber Security standard at Fincantieri, one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups and number one for diversification and innovation.  Stefano with his team has in charge of definition the architecture of reference, the guide line to adopt new systems and platform  improve and evolve the IT architecture, check the harmony between the design of the solution in line with the defined standard, the IT roadmap and the risk level. Also, has in charge the cyber security awareness activities for the company, the systems hardening definition and the scouting, test, definition and deploy the new architecture and technology in matter of Cyber Security.

The activities cover the whole IT project in the corporate and a part of the subsidiaries, and the activities’ status is communicated to the CISO, CIO.

One of the main project managed by Stefano and approved by the CEO and the General Director is the OT project, about the definition and implementation of the new architecture inside the shipyard, to support it to moves to the Industry 4.0 paradigm.
