Born in a 3rd generation entrepreneurial family, graduated in Aerospace Engineering, I spent my whole professional life in Innovation, helping companies to build their future through a proper attitude for continuous evolution and people development. 

1993 – Professional career start at Ferrari as Project Leader dealing with aerodynamics, materials and special projects for ESA and NASA.

1996 –  Innovation Manager at Benetton Sportsystem for Nordica, Rollerbalde, Prince, Killer Loop and Playlife brands.

2000/2013 – Manufacturing Manager at Rigomma, the family owned business founded in 1952 and still growing through the Millennials generation entrepreneurship.

2001/2009 – Founder and Director at MaTech – Innovative Materials – Galileo Visionary District. The first technology transfer center in Italy on innovative materials. More than 320 projects in 9 years.

2010 – The startups season: co-founder of Venetwork. Vision and action to help the SMEs to cooperate on common projects to relaunch and sustain the local economy.

2013 – Back to serve a global company: Director of Front End Innovation at Safilo to redesign the Innovation organization, bring the company to trendsetter status and deploy disruptive technologies for the health and wellbeing of consumers. Successfully developing projects for Dior, Fendi, Jimmy Choo, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Givenchy, Carrera, Safilo, Oxido, Polaroid, Smith brands.

2015 – Director of Safilo Product School, the company internal school to build the managers of tomorrow.

2016 – Project Manager of SafiloX, the first Brain Sensing Eyewear, a promising wearable platform.
